GOOGLE

We along with third-party vendors (such as Google) use first-party cookies and other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions as they relate to our website.

CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

The California Online Privacy Protection Act requires a person or company that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared.

Pursuant to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • Our Privacy Policy link is on the home page of our site and in the footer and help box of any first-party survey.
  • Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.

HOW DOES OUR SITE HANDLE DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS?

As an edge provider, we do not currently enforce, and are not required to enforce, DNT requests. We hope to support this is the future.

DOES OUR SITE ALLOW THIRD-PARTY BEHAVIORAL TRACKING?

We allow first and third-party behavioral tracking.

COPPA (CHILDREN ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT)

Our web-based services are intended for a general audience, but are not designed to attract children under the age of 13 without full parental control, in compliance with federal and state law. We do not knowingly collect information from any person under the age of 13.

FAIR INFORMATION PRACTICES

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:

To be in accordance with CANSPAM we agree to the following:

• Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
